Südkoreanische Cellistin Seohyun Kang wurde 2002 geboren und spielt schon seit dem fünften Lebensjahr Cello.
Als die jüngste Schülerin wurde sie 2011 am Koreanischen Nationalinstitut für kunstbegabte Kinder aufgenommen, an dem sie bis 2012 mit Prof. Kangho Lee (später mit Noll Park) studierte.
Von 2015 bis 2017 besuchte sie Yewon Middle School of Art in Seoul und anschließend Seoul Art High School, bis sie 2018 nach Deutschland kam und Unterricht bei Prof. Markus Nyikos besuchte. Außerdem nahm sie 2017-2018 an durch LG geförderten Kammermusikkursen bei Prof. Chungsim Baik teil.
Derzeit studiert sie mit Prof. Stephan Forck an der Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin.
Seit dem siebten Lebensjahr gewann sie mehrere Preise bei zahlreichen nationalen Wettbewerben: Beispielsweise bei TBC (Taegu Broadcasting Company) Music Competition, Yewon Competition, Eumyoun Competition, KCO (Korean Chamber Orchestra) Competition, Sungjung Competition, Ujung Competition und Strad Competition of Korea.
Seohyun nahm auch an Masterkursen teil wie bei Prof. Tsuyoshi Tsutusmi (Yeoncheon in Korea), Prof. Dankwart Gahl (Seoul) and Prof. David Finckel (New York).
Als Solistin spielte sie mit Pianist Brian Suits in Yangsan Art Village (2012) und kollaborierte mit Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra (2013). Als begeisterte Kammermusikerin spielte sie in einem Kammermusikkonzert in Lincoln Center in New York (2017) und in Yewon Chamber Music Concert (2017). 2019 wurde sie als Solist zu Music Education News Invitational Concert eingeladen. 2020 spielte sie im Orchester mit Prof. Tomasz Tomaszewski in Berliner Philharmonie.

South Korean cellist Seohyun Kang was born 2002 and began to play the cello at the age of five.
She entered the Korea National Institute for the Gifted in Arts as the youngest artist in 2011 and studied there until 2012 with Professor Kangho Lee, later continuing with Noll Park.
From 2015 to 2017 she studied at Yewon Middle School of Art in the Korea.
After entering Seoul Arts High School in 2018, she moved to Germany and studied under Markus Nyikos.
In addition, she studied at the chamber music school hosted by LG from 2017 to 2018 with Professor Chungsim Baik, and is currently attending the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin with Professor Stephan Forck.
Since the age of seven, Seohyun has won multiple awards in numerous national competitions.
Seohyun has also won in TBC (Taegu Broadcasting Company) Music Competition, the Yewon Competition, the Eumyoun Competition, the KCO (Korean Chamber Orchestra) Competition, the Sungjung Competition, the Ujung Competition, and Strad Competition of Korea.
Seohyun has attended masterclasses fro professors such as Tsuyoshi Tsutusmi (Yeoncheon in Korea), Dankwart Gahl(Seoul) and David Finckel (New York).
She has played as soloist with Pianist Brian Suits in Yangsan Art Village in 2012 and collaborated with Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra in 2013. As an avid chamber musician, she had a chamber music concert at Lincoln Center in New York, USA in 2017. In the same year she had a Yewon chamber music concert and had The music Education News invitational solo Concert in Seoul in 2019.
In 2020, she had an orchestra concert in the Berlin Philharmonic with Tomasz Tomaszewski.

강서현은 2002년 대한민국 인천에서 태어나 만 5세부터 첼로를 시작했다.
그녀는 2011년 최연소로 한국예술영재교육원에 입학해 2012년까지 수학하였다. 이후 2015년부터 2017년까지 예원학교에서 공부하였고 (2015년에 예원학교 입학 및 졸업,) 2018년에 서울예술고등학교에 입학 후 도독하여 첼리스트 Markus Nyikos를 사사하였다. 또한 2017년부터 2018년까지 LG에서 주최하는 chamber music school에서 수학하였으며 현재 Hanns Eisler에 재학 중이다.
첼리스트 이강호와 박노을, 백청심, 정선이, 김경란을 사사했으며, 현재 첼리스트 Stephan Forck을 사사하고 있다.
그녀는 만 7세때부터 수많은 국내대회에서 여러차례 상을 수상했다.
TBC (Taegu Broadcasting Company) Music Competition에서 (2011), Yewon Competition에서 (2012), Eumyoun Competition에서 (2012), KCO (Korean Chamber Orchestra) Competition (2012), Sungjung Competition (2014), Ujung Competition에서 (2014), Strad Competition of Korea (2017) 등에서 1위 및 입상하였다.
그녀는 다음과 같은 마스터 클래스에 참가했다. Tsuyoshi Tsutusmi(Yeoncheon in Korea), David Finckel (New York) , 김경란이 주최한 모차르테움 갈 교수의 마스터클래스 (Seoul)
그녀는 2012년 양산 예술촌에서 Pianist Brian Schutz와의 연주를 시작으로 2013년 Incheon Philharmonic Orchestra와 협연하였으며 그 이후 2017년 Lincoln center in New York, USA에서 Chamber music concert를 가진 바 있으며 2018년 Yewon Chamber music concert, 2019년 서울에서 The music Education News invitational solo Concert를 가졌다.
